Subscription Log Details

This dialog box provides the following information on DataStream (DSS) subscription logs. These logs track activities.

  • ID - Ayla-assigned ID
  • OEM - Ayla-assigned OEM ID
  • Stream Key - the connection key for a stream to connect with the external servers
  • Event - the event type
  • Created At - the date/time that the log was created
  • Client Type - type of client: cloud, mobile

CONNECT and DISCONNECT Events logs provide these additional details:

  • Subscription Type - events transmitted by DataStream Service (DSS) to clients only when the client subscribes to DSS:
  • datapoint
  • datapointack - available for generic gateway and Linux Whitebox
  • connectivity
  • registration
  • location - provides LAT, LONG during display mode registration events
  • Transport
  • Seconds Connected
  • Remote Host
  • Local Host
  • Connect Date
  • Disconnect
  • Messages TX
  • Bytes TX
  • Correlation ID
  • Disconnect Reason

How to get here on the dashboard: Click DataStream in the Navigation Panel. Click the Subscription Logs tab and then click subscription log you wish to review.
